These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of all services provided by BeautyPlus, a beauty and aesthetic agent based in Turkey ("Clinic", "we", "our", or "us"). By confirming an appointment and submitting the required deposit, the patient ("you", "your", or "Client") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.1. All surgery or treatment appointments require a non-refundable deposit of €500 to secure your scheduled date.
1.2. This deposit confirms your intention to proceed with the treatment and reserves the time and resources of the medical professionals involved.
1.3. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled appointment.
1.4. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the appointment, only 50% of the deposit (€250) will be refunded.
2.1. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so free of charge if the request is made at least 30 days in advance.
2.2. Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the scheduled appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of €250, payable before the new date is confirmed.
2.3. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee preferred new dates.
3.1. All Clients must personally provide valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport or national ID card) prior to undergoing treatment or surgery.
3.2. The name on the ID must exactly match the name used in the booking and deposit transaction.
3.3. By submitting a deposit and agreeing to treatment, you confirm that you are legally competent, at least 18 years of age, and the person receiving the service.
3.4. Any attempt to use another person’s identity or provide false information will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to legal authorities.
4.1. All medical and aesthetic procedures are performed by licensed and qualified medical professionals in accordance with Turkish law and medical standards.
4.2. While we adhere to all appropriate medical and hygiene protocols, individual results vary depending on factors such as genetics, lifestyle, recovery adherence, and body characteristics.
4.3. Aesthetic outcomes are subjective and may differ from your expectations. No specific results can be guaranteed.
4.4. You understand and accept that you are undergoing elective treatment at your own risk, and that BeautyPlus does not bear responsibility for dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes, including but not limited to issues of symmetry, scarring, swelling, or personal perception of beauty.
5.1. General descriptions of procedures, treatment options, and typical timelines are available on the BeautyPlus official website. This information is provided to give Clients a high-level overview of available services.
5.2. It is your sole responsibility to request and clarify any additional or detailed information beyond what is provided online. You have the right to ask any questions about the procedure, expected outcomes, and risks.
5.3. We will answer to the best of our ability and knowledge and be as transparent as possible regarding any foreseeable and known medical risks.
5.4. However, it is not the responsibility of BeautyPlus to ensure you are aware of every specific detail or individual risk associated with your chosen treatment.
5.5. You cannot hold BeautyPlus liable or pursue claims based on lack of awareness about any medical or aesthetic risks that were not explicitly discussed but were available to be inquired about.
6.1. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and agree that BeautyPlus, its staff, medical practitioners, and affiliated personnel shall not be held liable for any actual or perceived failure to achieve a specific cosmetic or functional result.
6.2. Except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct, you waive any right to initiate legal proceedings, claims, or lawsuits against BeautyPlus for outcomes related to the appearance or subjective satisfaction of the procedure.
6.3. You further waive claims for emotional distress, pain and suffering, or other damages related to aesthetic outcomes, and you release the Clinic from any and all liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.4. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and all legal proceedings must be conducted in a court of competent jurisdiction in Istanbul, Turkey.
7.1. All communications and agreements related to your treatment—including the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions—may be conducted electronically (e.g., via email, text message, or online forms).
7.2. By submitting the deposit and confirming your appointment, you are providing digital consent and agreement to all clauses herein.
7.3. This electronic consent is binding and enforceable under applicable electronic transaction and consumer laws.
8.1. Your personal and medical data will be handled with the highest confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations in Turkey.
8.2. No information will be shared with third parties without your express written consent, except where required by law.
By proceeding with the booking and payment, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You accept the risks associated with aesthetic surgery and the variability of results.
You understand that the responsibility to ask further questions lies with you.
You waive any claims for compensation or refund based solely on subjective dissatisfaction or lack of awareness of procedure-specific risks.
You understand this is a legally binding agreement, and any legal disputes will be subject to Turkish jurisdiction.
BeautyPlus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our official website or communicated to Clients directly.
